HPS PREP SCHOOL, INC. (HPS), a Washington State registered corporation, offers a balanced curriculum and services for homeschoolers (K-12).

In the past, some students returned to the regular classroom to graduate with their former classmates; however, more and more students are homeschooling all four years of high school.

SERVICE ORIENTED

HPS PREP SCHOOL is a service-oriented organization helping meet the educational, physical, social, and spiritual needs in keeping with each family's goals and beliefs according to the principles of Luke 2:52.

Are you just beginning to homeschool and need help starting? Or, are you already experienced and want some professional help and guidance? Whatever your needs, give us a call or send your application.

Our experienced staff offers professional guidance to the homeschool parent/teacher and student. Each person on our staff willingly provides assistance searching for solutions, guidance, and referrals for home-schooling parents.

JOY OF LEARNING

One of our goals is to help parents enjoy this special time and foster the joy of learning in their children. To make learning a joy is an exciting adventure.

THE WORLD AT YOUR FINGERTIPS

We encourage students not to think of school as book work. We recommend using books as resources to gain information to prove through experimentation. Homeschool has the advantage over traditional school because the world is at your fingertips to experience learning through activity and hands on application. Lesson plans will reflect these valid informal experiences and are considered a formal part of a school day.

COUNSELING

One of the advantages of enrollment with HPS PREP SCHOOL is teacher counseling. Parents and students may call an experienced counselor or teacher when needed, to answer questions, give suggestions, or seek help.

CURRICULUM

When we receive your questionnaires, a teacher will recommend a booklist designed for your child based on the information sent to us.

Our goal is to recommend curriculum materials in harmony with Christian principles and student needs. A wide range of textbooks and materials is available to us.
